We went to Entre Rios to do some bird shooting, and Estancia San Ambrosio was occupied. We toured San Ambrosio and I highly recommend it. You can see that vacation rental estancia here:

Thank you so much for a great experience. The hunting was fantastic! We could never have imagined such an exciting hunt. Juan and Tomas are great guys.
It was very early when Juan picked us up in Buenos Aires, so early in fact that the Starbucks in Patio Bullrich was not open yet. So we asked to stop along the way for some fresh medialunas and cafe. This request was answered, and we had a good feeling that this was going to be a unique experience. The trip ran very smoothly. We did not worry about a thing,fro Ulicenses, food, and even bird spotting. The equipment was first class: knee high boots from Cabellas, our choice of new Berreta shotguns, rain jackets, chairs for the field, fresh coffee in a thermos in the morning, and our choice of soda, water or beer in the afternoon.
The food was amazing! We had beef tenderloin, chicken a la parilla, and they even arranged to have merluza and pasta on Good Friday. One of the highlights was trying the paloma in a soy, onion, and orange marmalade sauce. We requested a vodka martini, and that night vodka and olives were at the bar. There really was no detail overlooked.
It is unique to find such a hospitable experience. We are hunters, but a special horseback ride was arranged one morning for a member in our party who had enough shooting. It says a lot about the flexibility and attention to client satisfaction that they were able to arrange a custom activity upon such short notice.
We will no doubt be returning during duck season. Entre Rios is a very beautiful place.
