The house is located by the newest 5 Star hotel in BsAs...the Live Hotel. There are so many new restaurants, stores, cafes etc in this neighborhood. Awesome rental experience in BsAs!

The property is in a very interesting part of Palermo Viejo... Palermo Hollywood. With trendy cafes nearby, and the newest 5-Star hotel nearby, this area is a lot of fun.
The property manager provided free breakfast to a nearby cafe on the first morning, which was an unexpected perk.
