We arrived in the unheated unit in February 2011. The place looks like a flop house. The first night while getting ready for bed we discoverd that the beds were full of bugs and the sheets unwashed. The landlord Avihu Gerafi and his property management company Area code management ,offered us a smaller unit nearby that was uncleaned. We refused. He promised he would give us our money back. THe story changed the following day. The rental company sided with the landlord and he reneged on his promise.
