David was truly a pleasure to work with. We rented this apartment in Paris for a week and also rented a house in Provence for the week before. As we were putting together our plans I had to change dates numerous times and he was very flexible with making the changes. The other thing I really liked was that there was no set dates you had to rent many rental units go from Saturday to Saturday and this does not always work with international travel. At any rate once we finally came up with the dates that worked we paid a deposit of one half. I was a bit nervous about renting from an little known company and even posted on trip advisor forums for Paris and BA to ask advice about the company. David agreed to wait and charge my credit card for the second half or the rental until we were actually in the apt which made me feel more comfortable. We had a few minor issues (toliet seat was broken) with the apt which a phone call to David got fixed. I would rent from him again and hope to return to this apt one day

David was an excellent resource for me, a first-time vacation renter. He responded to all my requests for info very quickly and thoroughly, and his info was accurate and very helpful. He answered all my emails and questions, never sounding impatient or annoyed. He made the entire process smooth and efficient for me.
