Excellent location for peace and quite- close to both many beaches and attractions in Cape Town (Chapmans Peak, Cape Point, Long Beach and many others)
The Worst Feature:
The property is described as a one bedroom flat- its not! Its a studio on the same property as the owner- therefore its rather a studio grannyflat than a holiday flat as advertised.
The toilet did not flush for the first 2 months of our stay.
Curtains were full of water stains and dirty in general.
The "holiday flat"is advertised as fully furnished- half of the everyday neccessities were either broken or did not exist.
Water and lights are included in the monthly rate however the owner constantly complains about consumption.
Owner goes into the flat at any given time and does not advise thereof
